Order Timing & Lead Time

Specialty orders should be placed 2-3 weeks in advance for optimal preparation.

For weddings or larger and intricate designs, early booking is highly recommended. Weddings recommend a consultation 3-6 months in advance. Call our design team!

Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability, but we encourage early planning.

50% non-refundable deposit due at time of ordering. If paid in full, and you need to cancel your order, a 50% refund will be given if 1 week in advance, if less than 1 week cancellation, we do not refund any portion of the purchase price.

Minimum orders for cupcakes are 24 count. Minimum orders for cake pops, cakesicles and decorative cookies are 12 count.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable for orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date.

Orders canceled more than 7 days in advance may receive a partial refund at the discretion of the bakery.

Refunds are not available for custom cakes or specialty items once work has begun.
Pick-Up & Delivery

Pick-up is available during business hours from Wed-Sun.

Delivery options are available within a [specified radius], and delivery fees may apply based on location and size of the order.

Changes to Orders

Changes to flavors or design must be made at least 5 days before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date.

After this period, changes may not be accommodated due to preparation timelines.
